Shipping & Delivery
Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than other competitors. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times due to high demand. However, do not worry too much as we have a specialised team does the processing of the orders and shipping !
How do you ship packages?
We work directly with our private manufacturer who process the orders from their warehouse ! There are currently 3 Warehouses, one in US and one in Germany and one in China!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How Long Does Shipping Take ?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Please note that we are working extremely hard to improve our Shipping Times. We appreciate your patience :)
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes it might take around 2-5 days until the tracking numbers starts working.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
