COVID 19 - Update

We are currently experiencing slight delivery delays due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 

During these challenging times, PresentPet and its suppliers are working hard to deliver your parcels. The recent heavy volume of online shopping orders across UK, coupled with sorting center delays, significantly reduced flights, customs delays, the impact of social distancing and postal delays with our couriers have all contributed to delays, particularly for our internationally supplied products.

Our team are doing everything possible to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible during the Coronavirus pandemic and with providing our customers with responsive support, however we unfortunately have no control over subsequent delays as a result of the several reasons above.

We understand these delays are frustrating and it's a frustration shared by all at PresentPet. Our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so we’re asking everyone to be kind and treat our dedicated customer service staff with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Aggressive and abusive behaviour towards our people will not be tolerated.
